TIP
Just use a little salt to keep your cast iron clean. The salt naturally kills germs and won’t remove the seasoning on the pan like soap would. Rub in the oil and salt to remove dirt and wipe down with a towel.
1. Try not to use water
2. Never use soap
3. Always keep the pan dry of water
