Milwaukee: Café at the Plaza

Chef Kady Gibowski of The Café at the Plaza was recently interview by’s Lori Fredrich. When Gibowski was asked what her favorite dish was she boasted her spaetzle. The Café at the Plaza is as American as a slice of apple pie on the Fourth of July, or something along those lines.
