5 oz Pizza Crust – room temperature
1/4 cup Pizza Sauce
2 TBL Arugula Pesto
2 TBL fresh ricotta
1. Preheat over to 425.
2. Roll out the pizza dough and place in a well seasoned 6″ cast iron pan. Spread the dough evenly and make a crust against the sides of the pan.
3. Spread the sauce over the center and place ingredients over the top.
4. Bake the pizza for 12-15 minutes at 425.
